Located in the home of the Lumberjack World Championships competition and the American Birkebeiner nordic ski race, the Hayward office provides outpatient mental health counseling, Alcohol and other drug (AODA) assessments and individual outpatient AODA treatment services.
Aaron Hamilton, MA, LPC, SAC
Aaron sees adults and adolescents ages 13 and up in our Hayward office for mental health and substance use disorders. Aaron offers in-person or telehealth appointments.
Kathy Bates MS, LPC
Kathy graduated from U.W. Whitewater in 2005 with her Masters of Science in Counselor Education. She has also completed the course work for Marriage and Family Therapy and earned certificates in EMDR (Eye Movement DesensitizationReprocessing) 1 & 2, and Narrative Attachment Therapy. These enable her to specialize in the treatment of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and other trauma related issues. Kathy has experience working with domestic violence, women’s issues, attachment disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and emotional regulation. She works with children, families, adolescents, infants, couples, and adults. “As a trauma based therapist I recognize that behavior is a form of communication that tells of unmet needs and suffering.” (Telehealth Only)
